PMP Exam Content Outline Changes 2019

How does this change affect an REP?
The exam content outline plays a significant role in defining the structure and content of the PMP exam. The 5 current domains of Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closing have been assigned weights according to PMI's project management role studies.
A change to the exam content outline could mean changes to these domains, their content, or to the weights that the domains are assigned, which in turn would necessitate a need to update your own question sets, so as to remain relevant with the exam.

Important Dates:
June 2019 - New PMP Exam Content Outline Releases
15 December 2019 - Last Day to Take Current Version of PMP Exam

Action Items:
It is important that you as an REP take measures to ensure that your question sets align with the exam content outline. Measures may include:
- planning and commencing projects to develop new question sets that are aligned to the exam content outline
- revising existing questions to align with the PMBOK Guide Sixth Edition as well as the exam content outline
